Carabineros intenta atropellar a manifestantes en marcha contra la Ley de Pesca, que se realizó el 27 de noviembre 2012, desde Ahumada con Alameda hasta el Ex Congreso Nacional. Sin duda esta marcha pacífica fue reprimida con gran descontrol de parte de FF.EE de Carabineros de Chile, de hecho ese mismo día carabineros en moto atropella a una estudiante de la Universidad Arcis. Posteriormente al rededor de cien carabineros en su motocicleta persiguen y encierran a un grupo de manifestantes tocando todos sus bocinas al unisono con una prepotencia incomprensible.
